Why we built Ragnos AI
Ragnos AI started from a specific, unglamorous observation: businesses in Kuwait were losing customers in the gap between an enquiry arriving and somebody answering it. Not because the staff were bad, but because the enquiries arrive at 11pm and the staff go home at 10.
The software that existed either recorded plans and did nothing about marketing, or it did everything but assumed a customer would open an email, pay by stored card, and read English. None of those assumptions hold here.
So we built the thing that fits: WhatsApp as the primary channel rather than a bolt-on, Arabic written by people rather than translated, prices in dinars, and automations that arrive already switched on because a blank automation builder is the most expensive feature in software - it looks like value and produces nothing.

Ragnos AI is a product of Force Holding Co., registered and operating in Kuwait. Being a local entity is not a marketing line here - it is what makes local support, local payment rails and an Arabic-speaking team possible in the first place.
The team behind the platform
A small team covering product, automation engineering, Arabic copy and business onboarding. The same people who build the automations are the ones who configure your account, which is why onboarding takes days rather than months.

Onboarding intake - we learn how your business runs
A structured session covering plans, prices, timings, sessions, staff, branches and who does what on each shift. We ask a lot of questions because the answers become your account.
Your account is built and configured
Pipelines, calendars, forms, automations and every customer-facing message, configured to your business. Your existing customer list is imported and mapped.
Staff training on the four things that matter
Payment status, last visit, expiry date, appointment outcome. Ninety minutes, recorded so the person who was off that day can watch it.
Go live, then a review at 30 days
We come back after a month to go through what is working and what needs changing. Included, not a paid check-in.

Are you a software company or an agency?
Both, honestly. We build and support the platform, and we also configure it for each business and write the campaigns that run on it. A business that buys software and no configuration ends up using none of it.
How many businesses use Ragnos AI?
We are pre-launch, so the honest answer is that the platform is built and running but the first cohort of businesses is onboarding now. We would rather say that than invent a customer count.
Do you work outside Kuwait?
Kuwait is the focus, and the product is built around how this market buys. We will talk to businesses elsewhere in the GCC, but we will tell you if something on the list is Kuwait-specific.
What happens if we need help?
