What business subscription management software does
It holds every plan you sell and every plan you have sold: who is on which plan, at which branch, what they paid, when it expires, whether their intake form and consent form are signed - and it acts on those dates automatically instead of waiting to be asked.
Setting up your plans
Your plans, your prices, your branches. Configured during onboarding and editable by you afterwards.
1, 3, 6 and 12-month plans
The standard ladder, plus any custom term you sell. Each carries its own price, duration and what is included.
Signup fees, referral rewards and win-back offers
One-off charges and discounts that attach to a plan without you creating a whole separate plan for each variation.
Different pricing per branch
Salmiya and Jahra do not have to charge the same thing. Plans are branch-aware, and so is every message that quotes a price.
Changing a price without a developer
Prices live in configuration, not hard-coded in twenty message templates. Change it once and every automation quotes the new number.
From application to active customer
Customer applies - plan, branch and start date
On the form, on their phone, or keyed in by the front desk. The record is created immediately whether or not they have paid yet.
Staff mark payment received
Cash, KNET, transfer or a MyFatoorah link. A person confirms it, because in Kuwait there is no card-on-file charge to confirm it for them.
Onboarding starts automatically
Welcome message, what to bring, how to book their first session, and an introduction to their staff member if they have one.
Intake and consent forms confirmed by day three
Chased automatically until both are signed. An unsigned consent form on an active customer is a liability, so it does not quietly sit there.
The 48-hour safety net for unpaid sales
Someone signs up at the desk on a Thursday evening, says they will transfer the money tonight, and the staff customer who took the application goes on leave. In most businesses that plan is simply lost - not refused, not chased, just forgotten.
Ragnos AI watches for applications that have not been marked paid. At 24 hours the customer gets a gentle reminder with the payment link. At 48 hours a task is raised for the manager with the full context, and the sale appears on the owner report as at risk rather than as revenue.
It is a small piece of logic and it is the one business owners react to most in a demo, because everybody recognises it. No competitor we know of publishes it.
Intake forms and liability consent forms
Intake questionnaire with high-risk flagging
The standard health screening questions. Answers indicating cardiac risk, pregnancy, recent surgery or chronic conditions are flagged on the record so the staff member sees them before the first session, not after an incident.
Liability consent form with e-signature
Signed on the customer’s own phone, timestamped and stored against their record. Retrievable in seconds if you ever need it, which is the entire point of having one.
The form structure is built and working. The legal wording of your intake form and consent form must be approved by your own lawyer before you use them - a health questionnaire is a liability document, not marketing copy, and we will not supply the text for one.
How payments work in Kuwait
This is the question that decides whether Ragnos AI fits your business, so it is on the page rather than saved for the call.
| How it works here | |
|---|---|
| Taking the money | Cash, KNET, bank transfer, or a MyFatoorah payment link sent over WhatsApp |
| Recording the payment | A staff customer marks the plan paid. This is the one manual step that matters most |
| Card on file, auto-charge | Not available - Stripe does not operate in Kuwait, and no vendor can offer it here |
| Renewal | Chased automatically at 30, 15, 7 and 3 days out, then paid the same way as the first time |
| Receipts | Sent automatically once the payment is marked received |
| Failed or missing payment | The 48-hour safety net raises it before it turns into lost revenue |
Say it plainly: there is no card-on-file auto-charge. A prospect who discovers that after signing is a churn risk; one who reads it here and books anyway is a qualified lead. See how Ragnos AI is priced.
Frequently asked questions
Can customers pay online?
Yes, through a MyFatoorah payment link sent over WhatsApp or email. What is not possible in Kuwait is storing a card and charging it automatically each month, because Stripe does not operate here.
Can we freeze a plan?
Yes. A freeze pauses the expiry date and suspends renewal chasing for the frozen period, then resumes both when the customer comes back.
What about family or corporate plans?
Configured as their own plans with their own pricing, linked to a primary contact. Each person still gets an individual record, because intake forms and attendance are individual.
Do customers get a receipt?
Automatically, once payment is marked received, on the channel they prefer.
Can we sell session packs or session bundles instead of plans?
Yes, configured as plans with a session count and an expiry. There is no dedicated credits ledger, so what you get is the behaviour rather than a feature called "credits".
What happens the day a plan expires?
The customer moves into the win-back pipeline and the renewal ladder has already run at 30, 15, 7 and 3 days beforehand. Expiry is the last step, not the first anyone hears of it.
