What Ragnos AI does not do
Three things, stated here rather than discovered in month two. Each one is a genuine constraint, not a roadmap item.
Two-way SMS in Kuwait
Carrier limitations make reliable two-way SMS impractical here. WhatsApp is used instead, which is what customers actually read anyway - but if two-way SMS is a hard requirement, this is not the product for you.
Card-on-file auto-charge
Stripe does not operate in Kuwait, so no vendor can offer stored-card auto-billing here. Payments are collected offline or by MyFatoorah link and marked paid by staff. Everything after that point is automated.
Access-control turnstiles and door hardware
Ragnos AI manages the customer relationship, not the physical entrance. If you need gates, fobs or turnstiles integrated, that is a separate system and we do not pretend otherwise.
Frequently asked questions
Why will you not name the competitors in the table?
Because a comparison table naming a product is only honest if it is dated, sourced and kept current, and almost nobody does that. Feature lists change monthly. Comparing against categories - a spreadsheet, a plan-only app, a platform built for another market - stays true for longer and is fairer to everyone.
We already use a plan app. Would we replace it?
Usually yes, because running two systems means neither holds accurate attendance, and every automation here depends on attendance being right. If your existing system does something Ragnos AI does not, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether switching makes sense.
What if we are happy with our spreadsheet?
Then the question is not features, it is what the spreadsheet cannot do: reply at 11pm, notice a customer has stopped coming, or chase a renewal without someone remembering. If none of those are costing you anything, you do not need this yet.
Is Ragnos AI cheaper than the international platforms?
Usually, and that is mostly because it is quoted per business rather than priced per customer in a currency you do not earn in. But price is not the argument - the argument is WhatsApp, Arabic and KWD, which is what those platforms do not do.
You are new. Why should we trust you?
A fair question, and the honest answer is that we are pre-launch, so we have no customer case studies to show you.
