Multi-location business software for every branch at once
Every branch on one account, with branch-level pricing, timings and staff - and one report that covers all of them without anybody merging spreadsheets on a Sunday.
One account, every branchBranch-level pricingCross-branch reporting
One account, every branch
Not three separate systems that someone reconciles. One database, with branch as a property of the customer, the calendar, the plan and the staff login.
- One customer list, filtered by branch, with customers able to move between branches without being re-created
- One set of automations, running on every branch, using that branch’s prices and timings
- One inbox, routed so each branch answers its own conversations
- One report, viewable per branch or for the chain as a whole
What changes per branch
Name, address and opening hours
Each branch carries its own address and hours, and every automated message quotes the right ones. A customer booking at Jahra does not get the Salmiya address in the confirmation.
Staff, sessions and calendars
Staff and calendars belong to a branch. A staff member at one site does not appear on another site’s booking page.
Plans and pricing
Branches can charge differently, which they usually do. Plan pricing is branch-aware and so is every message that quotes a price.
Routing a lead to the right branch
A chain’s most expensive small failure is a lead from Fahaheel being followed up by the Salmiya team, quoted Salmiya prices, and offered a first appointment forty minutes from where the person lives.
Leads are routed by the branch they asked about, the campaign they came from, or the location they selected on the form, then assigned to that branch’s pipeline and that branch’s staff. The follow-up task belongs to someone who can actually meet them.
Where a prospect has not indicated a branch, the AI agent asks - which is a better first question than any of the alternatives, and it doubles as a qualification step.
Staff who work across two branches
- A user can be assigned to more than one branch and see only those
- A staff member’s calendar can carry different hours at different sites, with travel time as a buffer
- Branch managers see their own branch; area managers see the group they cover
- The owner sees everything, everywhere, without switching accounts
Reporting the owner can actually use
Branch against branch
The same metric, the same period, side by side. Which site converts first appointments, which fills its sessions, which is quietly losing customers. Comparison is the only way a chain owner can tell a location problem from a market problem.
The chain as a whole
Total customers, total new plans, total renewals due, group-wide churn. One weekly digest covering everything rather than three separate emails to reconcile.
Adding a new branch
Branch details captured
Name, address, opening hours, discretion-sensitive hours if you run them, and the plans and prices that site will sell.
Calendars and staff configured
first appointments, tours, sessions and a calendar per staff member at the new site, with their own availability.
Staff added with the right permissions
Branch manager, sales and front desk logins scoped to the new location only.
Live - automations already running
Every automation in the account applies to the new branch from day one, using its prices and its timings. Nothing is rebuilt.
How branches affect your price
Branch count is the single largest factor in a Ragnos AI quote, because each branch adds calendars, plan configuration, staff logins and support surface. It is not a per-seat charge and it is not a fixed multiple. How Ragnos AI is priced.
Frequently asked questions
Can customers use any branch?
Yes, if that is your policy. A customer belongs to a home branch but can be given access to book at others, and cross-branch attendance is reported.
Can branches have different prices?
Yes. Plans are branch-aware, and every automated message that quotes a price quotes the right one for that customer’s branch.
Can a branch manager see other branches?
Only if you give them access. Permissions are scoped by branch, and an area manager can be given a defined group.
Is there a limit on branches?
No technical limit. Branch count is the main driver of price, so it is sized to your chain at quoting.
What about franchises rather than owned branches?
The same structure works, with tighter permission scoping so a franchisee sees only their own site while the group owner keeps chain-wide reporting.
