Terms of service

1. Service scope

Ragnos AI provides a configured business management and automation platform comprising CRM and unified inbox, lead capture and follow-up, subscription management, booking and scheduling, retention automation, reporting, and review collection, together with the WhatsApp AI agent where enabled.

The service explicitly does not include: two-way SMS in Kuwait, card-on-file automatic billing, access-control or door hardware, or the drafting of legal wording for your health questionnaires and consent forms.

2. Per-business configuration

Each account is configured to the business during onboarding. Configuration, customer data migration and staff training are included in the fee. Changes to automations, message copy and plan pricing after go-live are not charged.

3. Fees and payment terms

Fees are quoted per business and confirmed in writing before the account is built. Branch count, calendars enabled, whether the WhatsApp AI agent is included, campaign work and support tier determine the fee.

Meta charges for WhatsApp Business Platform conversations are billed to you by Meta and are not included in the Ragnos AI fee.

Billing is monthly in advance unless an annual term is agreed. Adding a branch mid-term revises the fee from the month it goes live, with no additional setup charge.

4. Third-party dependencies

Parts of the service depend on third parties, and their availability is outside our control. In particular: the WhatsApp AI agent requires Meta Business verification and continued good standing with Meta; message templates require Meta approval; payment links depend on MyFatoorah. Delays or changes at those providers may affect the service.

5. Your responsibilities

The platform depends on your team maintaining accurate records. Specifically: marking payments received, keeping the last-visit date current, keeping plan expiry dates current, and marking appointments attended or no-show.

• Obtaining valid consent from customers for messaging and for health data
• Ensuring your intake form and consent form wording is legally adequate, reviewed by your own counsel
• Keeping staff logins secure and at appropriate permission levels
• Complying with WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including not messaging people who have not opted in

6. Support commitments

Support is provided at the tier stated in your quote - email next business day, WhatsApp same business day, or a named contact with priority response. Urgent issues that break account function are prioritised regardless of tier. Business hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm Kuwait time.

7. Uptime and platform availability

Availability commitments, planned maintenance windows and any service credits must be specified here by counsel, taking account of the underlying platform provider’s own terms.

8. Intellectual property

Ragnos AI retains ownership of the platform, its configuration templates and its automation logic. You retain ownership of your customer data, your brand assets and any content you supply.

9. Termination and data return

Either party may terminate on the notice period stated in your agreement. On termination you may export your full customer list, conversation history, form responses and pipeline records in CSV. There is no exit fee and no charge for the export.

Data is deleted from our systems on the schedule set out in your agreement following termination.

10. Liability and governing law

Limitation of liability, indemnities, and governing law and jurisdiction must be drafted by counsel. Ragnos AI is operated by Force Holding Co. from Kuwait. Last updated 28 August 2026.
