CRM and automation software features - everything Ragnos AI does
Eight capabilities on one customer record. Follow any of them for the detail, including the parts that are gated, manual, or deliberately not built.

The full platform
Turn through all eight, then follow any of them to the page that covers it properly. Every one of those pages includes what the feature cannot do.
How the features work together
One line, five stages, one record. Most business software covers two of these stages and leaves the rest to a spreadsheet.
Enquiry
Captured from ads, chat, WhatsApp or the desk
Reply
Answered automatically in under 60 seconds
First appointment
Booked, reminded, marked attended or no-show
Customer
Plan sold, forms signed, onboarding running
Renewal
Chased from 30 days out, or won back later
Each stage hands to the next automatically. The customer record is the same record throughout - a lead does not become a new contact when they join, which is why reporting can follow a person from the ad they clicked to the renewal they signed.
What runs without anyone touching it
Not a library you build from. Twenty-two automations, grouped by the stage they act on, configured to your business during onboarding and switched on before you go live.
Acquisition - 7 automations
Lead capture from every source, the 60-second first reply, the "call within 1 hour" task, the 14-day nurture, first appointment confirmations and the no-show rebooking prompt.
Onboarding - 5 automations
Welcome sequence, intake form and consent form chasing to day three, first-session booking, staff member introduction, and the 48-hour safety net for a sale nobody marked paid.
Retention - 6 automations
Dormancy detection at 30, 60 and 90 days, the tag clearing when a customer returns, the anniversary message and the referral reward.
Revenue and reputation - 4 automations
The renewal ladder at 30, 15, 7 and 3 days, the owner alert at 3 days, NPS collection, and the detractor escalation to the manager.

What your team still has to do
Four things. If they slip, the automations misfire - so you should know what they are before you buy, not after.
Mark a payment received
There is no card-on-file auto-charge in Kuwait, so a person confirms every payment. This is the single most important manual step in the account.
Update the last visit date
Set at the desk or when a booked session is marked attended. Dormancy detection reads this field and nothing else.
Keep the plan expiry date current
Set on sale, updated on renewal. It drives the entire renewal ladder.
Mark appointments showed or no-show
One click after the session. It feeds first appointment conversion reporting and triggers the rebooking task.
We put this on the features page on purpose. Every business software vendor implies the whole thing runs itself. It does not, anywhere, and a business that buys on that promise stops trusting the automations within a month. Four fields, kept current by your team, and everything else is automatic.
Integrations
Four that matter, all configured during onboarding.
WhatsApp Business Platform
Your own number, connected through Meta. Powers the AI agent, the first reply, reminders and every customer-facing sequence. Requires Meta Business verification during onboarding.
Meta lead ads and Instagram
Lead-ad submissions and Instagram DMs arrive as contacts with their source attached, so you can see which campaign produced customers rather than clicks.
Google Business Profile and reviews
Your listing connects so review requests point at the right place and incoming reviews appear in the platform to respond to.
Website chat widget and landing pages
A chat widget and booking pages embed into your existing site, whatever it runs on. Landing pages can also be hosted separately for campaigns.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to use all eight?
No, but they are not sold separately either. The platform is configured around how your business runs, so a consultancy simply uses the session-booking side lightly. You are not charged per module.
Which feature should we start with?
For most businesses in Kuwait, the WhatsApp AI agent and lead capture together, because that is where enquiries are currently being lost. Retention automation is the one that pays for the platform over a year.
Can we turn an automation off?
Yes, any of them, and changing them is not billable work. Some businesses switch off birthday messages, some switch off the 90-day win-back. Both are reasonable.
How much of this is live on day one?
Everything except the WhatsApp agent, which waits on Meta Business verification during onboarding. The sequences that would run on WhatsApp run by email until that clears, then switch over.
Does it integrate with our existing website?
Yes. The chat widget, booking pages and forms embed into whatever your site is built on. You do not have to move your website to use Ragnos AI.
What if we need something that is not here?
Ask. Some requests are configuration we can do the same week; some are genuinely not possible and we will say so rather than putting it on a roadmap slide.
