Business reporting software - the numbers an owner actually needs
Four numbers on a dashboard and one email on Monday morning. Not forty charts nobody opens, and not a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds by hand every month.

What business reporting software does
It turns what your CRM already records - where contacts came from, what was booked, who attended, what was sold and what lapsed - into a small number of figures an owner can act on, refreshed automatically rather than assembled by hand.
The four numbers on your dashboard
These four are live in the platform today. They were chosen because each one changes a decision.
Contacts by source
Which channel actually produces enquiries - Meta, web chat, WhatsApp, walk-in or referral. This is the number that tells you where to stop spending.
Total contacts and growth
How the database is growing month on month, which is the leading indicator for everything downstream.
Appointments booked and attended
Both figures, because the gap between them is where first appointments are lost and it is invisible if you only count bookings.
New plans won
The number the whole system exists to move, attributable back to the source the contact came from.
What is live and what is not. These four widgets are live today. A wider seven-section KPI board is built but pending sign-off, so it is not shown here and it will not be screenshotted in a demo until it ships. You should not buy software on the strength of a mock-up.
The weekly digest, emailed to the owner
One email, every Monday at 08:00 Kuwait time. New contacts and where they came from, first appointments booked and attended, plans sold, renewals due this week, and customers who went dormant.
It exists because owners do not log into dashboards. They read email on a phone between meetings, and a report that requires a login is a report that gets read in January and then never again.
The digest is also the fastest way to notice something has broken: a week with no new contacts from a channel that normally produces twenty is visible immediately.
Reporting by area
Lead volume and conversion rate
How many enquiries arrived, how many became first appointments, how many became customers - by source.
First appointment attendance and no-show rate
By staff member and by time slot, so you can see which combination actually converts.
Retention, dormancy and churn
How many customers went quiet, how many came back, and how many were written off.
Renewals and revenue
Renewals due, renewed and lapsed, with the revenue attached to each.
Reporting across branches
- Every figure available per branch and for the chain as a whole
- Branch-against-branch comparison on the same metric and the same period
- Branch managers see their own site; the owner sees everything
- Source attribution stays intact per branch, so you can tell which location a campaign actually filled
Why your reports are only as good as your data
Reporting reads the same four fields the automations do: payment status, last visit, plan expiry and appointment outcome. If your front desk stops marking appointments attended, your first appointment conversion rate becomes meaningless within a month. No reporting tool solves this, and any vendor implying otherwise is selling you a chart of nothing. The four things your team must keep updated.
Frequently asked questions
Can we export the data?
Yes, to CSV, including the full customer list. Being able to leave with your own data is a deliberate design decision, not a concession.
Can we get a custom report?
Ask us. Most requests turn out to be a filtered view of something already recorded, which we can set up. If it needs data nobody is capturing, we will tell you that instead of building a chart that lies.
How often does the dashboard refresh?
Live. The weekly digest is a snapshot, sent Monday at 08:00 Kuwait time.
Does it show revenue?
It shows plans sold and renewals with their plan values attached. It is not an accounting system and does not replace one.
Who can see the reports?
Owner and admin see everything. Sales sees a partial view. Front desk does not see reporting at all. Permissions are set per user.
